Romaine Wrap-ups
Who says you need bread to make a sandwich? Not
us! Try lettuce! Just think of it like a thin green wrapper that you simply
fill and roll. (From the Kidnetic website)

HOW

TIP: If you’re not sure how much your slices of turkey or Swiss cheese weigh,
here’s what you can do: If the turkey or cheese comes from a package, check the
Nutrition Facts label found there to see if it lists how much a slice weighs.
If it’s from the deli, you can weigh the slices on a kitchen scale. If all else
fails, ask an adult for help!
